1, MOQ: there is no MOQ for standard truck diagnostic cable with enough stock; MOQ is 300~500pcs for the model out of stock or customized item.

1, IQC for raw materials like plastic, metal parts, packing materials;
2, If there is no problem with raw materials, warehouse will record and accept them;
3, The production department collects materials from the warehouse according to the truck cable order;
4, Production department arrange cutting and peeling for the 1939 truck cable, as well as tinning for the metal parts;
5, After tinning, if welding is not applicable to the truck diagnostic cable (metal parts), it will go to connecting. Some types of connector/plug, like direct connection, does not require welding.
6, Connecting is after welding and all truck diagnostic cables need to pass the first test at this stage; Connecting means connect wires to the pins or contact parts.
7, After the first test, it will come to inner molding and second time testing; if there is any problem with the semi-finished truck conversion cable, it requires repairing;
8, If the semi-finished truck diagnostic cable is passed, it will come to outer molding;
9, When outer molding is finished, the worker will do electronic testing for the obd2 truck cable.
10, If there is no problem with the molded truck conversion cable, it will be sent to assembling & fixing if the process is necessary;
11, Quality control staff will do the third checking for the assembled truck diagnostic cable;
12, The packing team will pack the qualified obd-ii truck cable.
