There are many parts on vehicle diagnostic cable. And the composition of materials and production process are complex. So it is easy to meet different problem during production of the vehicle diagnostic cable. Common problems are:
1, Retention force cannot meet requirement;
2, Plastic cracking;
3, Plug and unplug strength is too big or too small;
4, Position of pin is not accurate;
5, Plating layer is not up to standard (sliding friction coefficient);
