1, We will execute the order will start as soon as payment verification. The it will take several day to around one month to finish the order. And we will inform buyer as soon as the production for the OBD-ii diagnostic cable is finished.
2, If there is no additional instruction from buyer, we will arrange shipment according to the negated details upon order.
3, As for formal order, it will take one day to collect the obd DLC diagnostic cable. And one or several days to wait for clearance and release.
4, As soon as the obd cable is released by the customs. We will try to get the bill of lading, air waybill or tracking number as soon as possible.
5, If there any documents or samples which can not sent with the obd diagnostic cables. We will arrange express for them as soon as the cargo left.
6, Please do some preparation to receive the obdii cables as soon as you get shipping notice. Import clearance, documents, certificate, pre-declaration and so on.
7, Please be advised that our price for the obd2 cable or freight charge does not include your local charge and import tax. You need to pay your local charge or tax in your country, these cost base on the Customs policies in your place.
