1, How to Ensure Quality?
Firstly, both buyer and Fiberall should have full understanding of each feature of the obd adapter. In order to avoid the problem that both sides do not understand the requirements in place. Photo, picture, drawing and other documents or detail is required before order. Sample is also available if the mentioned details are not enough.
Secondly, all procedures are with strict quality control. Like raw material, tinning, welding, connecting, molding, assembling and packing. IQC for incoming materials. IPQC for production and FQC for finished obd adapter.
Thirdly, all our materials are brand new. And Fiberall has over ten year on production of obd adapter. Our production line is with experienced staff and advance equipment.
2, How to Deal with Defective Items?
Generally, all obd adapters are tested before shipping. If there is defective items after receiving. Please feedback the problem to us with details. Like order no., product name or model, defective qty, descriptions of problem, photo or video. We will process the complaint in the first place. As soon as the problem is clear and found it is our problem. We will provide replacement for the obd adapter.
3, Can you Make the OBD Adapter According to Our Requirement?
Of course. Fiberall provide OEM and OEM service for the obd adapter. Customized drawing and pin assignment is acceptable. And buyer can appoint color, material, packing, label for the obd adapter. But as for print/logo/word/pattern on the obd adapter, it requires new mold. As for new mold, buyer should pay the development charge and the developing time will be around one moth.
