Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?
A1 : Generally the MOQ is 300pcs for each model. For customized obd adapter the MOQ is 1000pcs.
Q2: Do I need to pay for the customized mold?
A2: Yes, if your customized order requires a new mold, you need to pay the development cost. If it is partial change and do not need to develop new mold, there is no need to pay it based on MOQ.
Q3: What’s the production time for the obd1 conversion adapter?
A3: 1-3 days for sample order. 7~21 days for formal order. Depends on order qty. For order requires new mold, it will take around one month to finish the mold. And we will start formal production after the new sample is confirmed.
Q4: How will you deliver the diagnostic obd adapter to me ?
A4: There are many available shipping for options. International expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Aramex and so on is for small order. Airline and ocean transportation are available for mass order. depends on volume and weight of the cargo.

A5: 3-5 days for express service. 5-7 days for air transportation. By sea will take much longer time.
