The trouble code reader is able to work with Windows XP, Windows 7/8, Windows10, Android system. but it is able to work with iOS device. as for Windows and Android operating system, we recommend some App as bellow for user’s reference:
Windows: ScanMaster-ELM, ScanTool.net, PCMSCAN and so on;
Android: Torque, DashCommand, OBD Car Doctor, Auto Doctor, Mini OBDII, EOBD etc..
Note: User can try other applications if there is better choice.
1, To choose a correct application for the trouble code reader, we need to consider its compatibility. For example, you need to check does the App is for Windows, Android or iOS operating system. If it is special for iOS device, it may not work on Android phone.
2, Some App only work when you download from specific channel. Like App store or Google Play. If you get the app from other channel, though it is with the same name, but it may fail.
3, Confirm the trouble code reader on hand require for appointed App or not. If it only work with appointed application, it may not work with other Apps.
4, Check available features provide by the application. Different app always have different configuration and they provide different function. Though the automobile code reader supported mentioned function, it also requires the App supports the function. If the App does not support the function, you are not able to use it.
5, There are free app and charged app for options. Fiberall also provide some free applications for option. You can check “download” on our website for reference. But generally the free app does not provide upgrade service. So when there is new feature with the diagnostic code reader, you are not able to enjoy it.
