1, Use WiFi or USB2.0 cable to connect with the computer
2, Cable required: Type-C serial cable. One end is with USB 2.0 interface and the other end is type-C.
3, Computer software: Scan Mater-ELM ( available on our website or CD enclosed with the scan tool).
4, Operation Steps：
A, Install Scan Mater-ELM on the computer;
B, Insert VP004 OBD2 scan tool to the obd socket of the vehicle;
B, Connect type-c cable with the scan tool;
C, Connect the USB 2.0 end of the cable to the computer;
D, Open the serial port setting on computer;
E, Open the Scan Mater-ELM software;
F, Click the link to select the serial port and confirm, click to connect, complete device link communication.
Note: Before insert the OBD2 scan tool into the vehicle, please keep sure the ignition is off. And after connecting the automotive scan tool with the vehicle, it requires the ignition is on.
